Hi, I’m Paul.
I’m a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) based in Brighton and Hove, and I’ve spent 20 years helping people get their numbers straight. I set up Clear9 to be the kind of accountant I’d want myself: someone you can actually pick up the phone to, who explains things in plain English and spots problems before they cost you money.

Fees
Every business is different, so we don’t do a price list. After a free call we’ll quote one fixed monthly fee covering everything you need: accounts, tax returns, VAT, Xero and support in between.
No surprise bills. If you need something extra, we’ll agree the cost with you before we start.

We use AI wherever it genuinely saves time, from sorting records to drafting reports, and we encourage our clients to do the same. Like it or not, it’s the future.
Your data stays safe. We only use business-grade AI tools that don’t train on your information, and a qualified accountant checks everything before it reaches you or HMRC.
